1. General Provisions
Welcome to Global Insect. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. We specialize in providing high-quality insect specimens for collectors and researchers worldwide.
2. Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in KRW. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. For wholesale inquiries, please contact us directly before placing an order to verify stock availability.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally using EMS/DHL. Specimens are packed with extreme care to prevent damage. However, minor detachment of legs or antennae during transit is a risk inherent to dried specimens and is not considered a defect. We provide repair guides for such minor issues.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the fragile nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the wrong item was sent. If a specimen arrives with significant damage (beyond minor detachment), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
